What is paracord?

Paracord is a lightweight yet extremely strong woven nylon rope originally used in parachutes. It’s flexible, durable, and perfect for dog collars.

Are your paracord collars strong?

Yes! Properly woven paracord can support hundreds of pounds of force. Our collars are suitable for all breeds.

Are your collars comfortable?

Absolutely. Paracord is soft, smooth, and moulds around your dog’s neck for a comfortable fit. Biothane is flexible, lightweight, and gentle on fur.

 

How do I measure my dog for a collar?

Measure your dog when they are in a sit position.

Measure your dog’s neck at the point where the collar naturally sits. Use a soft measuring tape and add one or two fingers under the tape for comfort.

When I make the collar I aim to have your dogs neck measurement as one of the centre holes on the strap to allow for adjustment.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes! You can customise colours, sizes, styles, and hardware options. If you want something unique, or not on the website just send a message.

How long do orders take?

As everything is handmade, please allow craft time before dispatch. Current lead times will always be displayed on the top of page banner.  I aim to have orders shipped within two weeks

Can I wash my collar?

Yes!

Paracord collars are best washed in warm soapy water ( dog shampoo works great ) scrub gently with a brush and dry flat.

Dry off all hardware after every use and simply wipe the Biothane clean with a cloth.
